Zarina Switlyk
Zarina joined the Audit and Risk Committee in 2023, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience within banking and investment management. As a certified accountant and auditor, Zarina maintains a steadfast commitment to upholding high standards. With a background encompassing role as a risk manager, compliance officer, and currently an auditor, she is committed to promoting transparent governance practices and consistently enhancing the organisation's audit and risk management processes with diligence and care.
Kameka McLean
Kameka joined the People and Remuneration Committee in 2024, bringing extensive expertise as a visionary HR professional with global leadership experience in diverse, multicultural environments. Kameka’s strategic acumen has been pivotal in deploying transformative HR initiatives in over 40 countries and she is passionate about advocating for progressive HR practices and diversity, equity and inclusion principles. Kameka has experience in change management, talent strategy, and organisational development, underpinned by a background in HR management and law.
Chris Fisher
Chris joined the Audit and Risk Committee in 2023, bringing extensive internal audit experience as a chartered internal auditor and previous experience from other committee roles within social housing. Chris looks to uphold excellence across all assurance activity. Chris’s background includes a wider range of internal audit, governance and other assurance roles and looks to bring that experience and best practice to the Committee.
Erin Barnes
Erin joined the Impact and Services Committee in 2023. Erin is an award-winning producer and programme consultant. She is passionate about education and social change, and motivated by work that champions young people, their creativity and voice. She has over 20 years’ experience at the BBC as a senior manager and with NGO’s, national cultural organisations and charities, including Tate and the National Literacy Trust.
Sarah Fulham
Sarah has over 20 years' experience in the housing, homelessness, care and support sector, the last 13 years specialising in young people's services. Although London-based she has strong Sussex roots, and first hand lived experience of homelessness and supported housing as a young person. Up until the beginning of this year she was Head of Operations at Look Ahead leading on young people services & Ofsted, and currently is the director of Domestic Abuse services at Hestia. Sarah will join the Impact and Services Committee as an Independent Member.
