Gender pay gap report

YMCA DownsLink Group (YMCA DLG) employs more than 250 people and so we are required by law to publish an annual gender pay gap report.

Following a period of organisational growth and a global pandemic, this strategy sets out YMCA DownsLink Group’s ambitions over the next three years.

Annual complaints report

The Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code requires that we provide easy access to our complaints procedure and publish an annual complaints report.

Tenant satisfaction report

The Regulator of Social Housing requires all registered providers to generate and report Tenant Satisfaction measures as part of the new Consumer Standards framework.
