Horsham, Crawley and mobile across Mid and South Sussex (B&H/Worthing)

Permanent

37.5 Hours per week

£22,640 per annum PLUS an additional annual £1,500 night worker allowance

 

We are recruiting to our mobile and static Night Support Teams to work within our supported housing projects in West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.

You will work within our properties that provide accommodation and associated support services to young people and adults. The role requires maintaining accurate records and keeping our properties safe and secure throughout the night. An understanding of the support needs of the people we work with and experience of working with similar clients – and the challenges that can arise – is essential.

The shifts are waking nights worked on a rota of 4-on 4-off. You will either provide mobile support to our dispersed and staffed properties as well as providing occasional static cover or work or work at one of our projects in Horsham and/or Crawley.

For the mobile posts, a driving licence is essential; a vehicle can be provided if required.
